Contents per box: 36 units (9 units / tier × 4 tiers)
Total: 1296 units in one 40F Container

Tough Pak is introduced to replace disposable packaging box, which has the features of outstanding strength, durability, weather and shock resistance. It can be used as a returnable carton box repeatedly up to six times. In addition, the plastic palette and frame of the composition can be recycled, which is very environmentally friendly.

Point

The internal structure has been carefully reviewed to eliminate any waste in package design so that more units can be loaded in one carton box. In this way, the number of units shipped by a 40F container is greatly increased.

Effect

Reduce the total logistics cost while considering the environment protection.

As the carton boxes are returnable, there will be the cost for returning packaging materials that has not been previously incurred, so the freight cost will increase. However, the material cost and the packing quantity of each package have been improved, so the total logistics cost is reduced compared with the previous packaging method.
